Define various kinds of fee structures such as flat fees, % fees, range fee(based on time, distance, quantity) .
FleetPanda automatically calculates and applies fees to orders directly which drastically reduces the time spent by billers and dispatchers. For example, freight fee for the distance that the driver has to travel or the the time their driver spends at the terminal is auto tracked and calculated.
All this information is also sent automatically to the back-office system. So there is a centralized platform to add, manage and track fees.
Reconciliation
FleetPanda offers a truck balancing system, which helps track and manage inventory during shifts. This feature provides details about the inventory at the start of each shift, deliveries, product distributions, and truck returns at the end of trips.
This is done using automatic BOL linking. When a driver Loads, Delivers and then Completes an order, the Load and Delivery Orders are Auto- Linked.Dispatch thenverifies it. If the system flags the Load and Delivery Order with issues, BOL is manually updated.

On the invoicing side, we seamlessly sync pricing, shift details, and BOL data to your back-office.This enables you to do instant or same day invoicing and cuts the time required to create a invoice, by half. It also means that there will no longer be incorrect deliveries, suboptimal pricing, or billing disputes.
Driver management
Drivers have all the key information loaded into the app like pre-trip and post-trip activities, schedule for the day, supplier details, and other delivery-related instructions. So there’s no jumping on back-and-forth calls with dispatchers.
The app allows drivers to capture BOL images, digitally record customer signatures, and hand over printed delivery tickets to customers. They can enter notes for dispatchers to see, even create orders themselves if the customer places the order with them directly. Icing on the cake? They can do all this offline when there is no cell service using the offline mode!
Every asset/vehicle/equipment has a QR code which drivers simply need to scan to pull out all details and enter the gallons. While fuelling multiple vehicles, drivers don’t have to worry about remembering which vehicle they’re fuelling.
